During my internship at the Brantford-Brant Norfolk Ontario Health Team, fellow intern Emily Woodward and I created a series of videos on the topic of mental health and breaking the various stigmas surrounding different mental health challenges.
These videos were made possible through discussions with folks with lived experience, who provided their valuable insight and thoughts to truly ground this project.
